ADDITIONAL PADDLERS
$200 PER PERSON (OPEN/MASTERS/SENIOR MASTERS)

The crew registration fee of NZ$2700 covers 9 paddlers for men and women.
(or $3000 for 10 paddlers for the Mixed Round Raro)

You may bring extra paddlers over and above the required 9 (or 10 for mixed)

The cost is NZ$200 per paddler for anyone over and above the registered  9 (or 10 for mixed)

Includes same paddlers pack as other paddlers receive.

Additional paddlers may only enter in the OC1 race if they are participating in
at least one of the V6 races for their crew (additional cost of $100 for OC1 or V1 rental)

ALL JUNIOR PADDLERS – U19’S, U16’S AND U’14’S
$150 per paddler – minimum of six per crew

• U19’s V6 vaka for two Open Ocean Races - Monday 21st & Thursday 24th November
• U16’s and U14’s will race in Muri Lagoon
• V6 canoe for Sprints at Muri Lagoon
• Meal for Opening Ceremony, Junior Sprints on Tuesday 22nd November and Junior Medal/Closing Ceremony Thursday 24th November
• Additional afternoon snack on Tuesday 22nd November after Sprints

Please note that if you are travelling with Junior Paddlers you can change the meals from the Adult event to the Junior event, but you must notify us of this prior to the event.   

FEES AND DEPOSITS
All deposits and fees are non-refundable.

Deposit of $500 to reach Cook Islands Canoeing Association by 1st May 2011.

Late payment fee of $100 applicable if full payment not received by 1st August 2011.

WAITLISTED CREWS
Any crews that aren’t initially successful in securing a spot for Vaka Eiva 2011 will automatically be placed on the waitlist.

If a cancellation is received or a crew fails to make their deposit payment by 1st May 2011, their spot will be made available to the waitlisted crews.

Waitlisted crews that are offered a secure spot for Vaka Eiva must make the deposit payment of NZ$500 within 7 days of being offered the place.

If the deposit has not been received within 7 days the place will once again be opened up to the waitlist.
