All Intent to Race forms for 2011 must be completed

 

15th April 2011
All crews to be notified if their application is successful.

1st May 2011
Each crew offered a place to pay $500 to secure their spot.

2nd May 2011
Your spot will be offered to a crew on the waitlist if we haven’t received your deposit

15th August 2011
Final payment due

16th August 2011
Late payment penalty of $100 will be charged if final payment has not been received.

Welcome to the Cook Islands and Vaka Eiva 2011!!!

Please note that if we do not have a minimum of five registered crews in any given division then those crews will be assigned to another division.

What To Do…..

• Fill in your Intent to Race form by 31st March 2011
• You will be advised by 15th April whether your crew has secured a spot for Vaka Eiva 2011
• If you haven’t, you will be put on a waitlist and advised if crews haven’t paid their $500 deposit by 15th May 2011
• If you want to come over and haven’t been able to secure a spot, there is the option of doing the V6 Ironman races and Sprints – no Round Raro Relay, but you can still enjoy all of the fun! Fee varies accordingly.

Divisions for Vaka Eiva 2010

• Open Men   Any age over 18
• Master Men   40 plus in 2011
• Senior Master Men  50 plus in 2011
• Open Women   Any age over 18
• Master Women  35 plus in 2011
• Senior Master Women 45 plus in 2011
• Open Mixed Crews  Any age over 18
• Master Mixed Crews 35 plus for women and 40 plus for men

Divisions for Junior Vaka Eiva 2010

• U19’s Men    (19 and under in 2011)
• U16’s Men    (16 and under in 2011)
• U19’s Women    (19 and under in 2011)
• U16’s Women   (16 and under in 2011)
• U14’s Mixed    (14 and under in 2011)
  (minimum of three female paddlers)

Please note that if there is not a minimum of five teams in any given division (junior or adult) then those crews will be assigned to another division.
